The tender procedure is carried out in 2 (two) stages.

STAGE 1 - Bidders submit bids as part of:
- Technical AND Commercial Proposal Commercial Proposal according to the Customer's form in xls and pdf format;
- organization card;
- presentation of the company or a reference list of similar works performed.

Companies that have submitted a Technical and Commercial Proposal that meets the requirements of the Terms of Reference and have been accredited by MONERA LLC will be admitted to the 2nd stage.

STAGE 2:
- online competitive bidding process on the B2B-Center E-Marketplace (rebidding).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
ВАЖНО:ОБРАТИТЕ ВНИМАНИЕ на обязательное подробное заполнение формы ТКП, в т.ч.:
1. В ТКП обязательно должен быть указан минимально необходимый аванс;
2. Обязательно ознакомьтесь в форме ТКП с содержанием таблицы «Дополнительные сведения и затраты». Укажите что УЧТЕНО, а что НЕ УЧТЕНО в стоимости при подготовке Вашего ТКП.
3. Ознакомившись с проектом договора, укажите УЧТЕНО / НЕ УЧТЕНО:
(если с договором либо с отдельными его пунктами НЕ СОГЛАСНЫ - приложите ПРОТОКОЛ РАЗНОГЛАСИЙ).
Аккредитация:Необходимо заполнить Лист аккредитации и направить его (в Word) одним архивом с указанными в нём документами (либо ссылку на архив) на адрес электронной почты i.berdik@sk-monera.ru.
Срок выполнения работ:Начало: 15 февраля 2024 г.
Окончание: 30 апреля 2024 г.
