Interim financing is made on a monthly basis, based on the amount of work presented by the Contractor as of the last day of the reporting period. The reporting period is a calendar month.
Interim financing is carried out on the basis of documents signed by the Parties in the form of KS-2, KS-3, presented in the reporting period, in the following order:
- 50% of the cost of construction and installation works specified in the KS-3 form approved by the General Contractor, including 50% of the cost of materials supplied by the General Contractor under the supply agreement, the General Contractor pays no later than 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing The General Contractor of forms KS-2, KS-3 for the reporting period and the provision by the Contractor of an invoice, invoice, drawn up in accordance with
