Payment terms:1. Advance payment:
1.1. Without advance payment.
1.2. Advance payment in the amount of no more than 30% of the amount of the planned performance of works/services in the reporting period

1.3. Advance payment in the amount of more than 30% of the amount of the planned performance of works/services in the reporting period
*subject to payment of specific equipment/material to suppliers selected on the basis of GT (directly to Suppliers strictly according to the distribution. letters)/long-term manufacturing/exclusive supplier (yes/no) - specify the exact amount of the advance/or % from the amount of the Contract incl. payments to third parties for material/equipment or subcontracting work) in rubles, incl. 2. Offset of the advance:
2.1. - In the first reporting period in full 100% volume minus the guarantee deduction for the reporting period (yes/no)
* If the amount of work actually performed during the reporting period is not enough to offset the advance payment, interest is accrued on the amount of the advance payment not closed in the specified reporting period for the use of other people's funds in the amount of 1/365 of the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for each day of delay.
2.2. Schedule of the advance payment (according to the supplementary agreement to the Contract) - (yes/no)- specify the % of deduction according to the fact of the work performed, attach a schedule for offsetting the advance.
3. Deferred payment not earlier than 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of signing the Act of completed works.

Backfilling: Start: 03/25/2023; End: 04/07/2023 no more than 13 cal. days.
