The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Proposals of the participants are being considered
Preference will be given to participants with a deferred payment of 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the warehouse of the Consignee
If the participant requires an advance payment, the participant undertakes
to provide a Bank guarantee of the participant's bank for the entire amount of the advance
payment. Information about the willingness to provide a bank guarantee
must be specified in the application form, in clause 8 of the Payment Terms.
