Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear participants!
Mandatory conditions:
1. The procedure and terms of payment - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of the lots.
2. The term of the work is not more than 45 calendar days, subject to agreement with the customer.
3. When carrying out work on the dismantling of internal engineering networks and systems, it is required to draw up schemes of actual placement with bindings on the plan of engineering networks and equipment for the subsequent installation of engineering networks and equipment. During installation, these schemes must be agreed with the Customer.
4. The organization must be a member of the SRO and have at least 5 engineers in the staff

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

EDS is not required
A procurement participant can repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of filing.
Only one legal entity can participate in the competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.
