Requirements for participants:
1. The supplier performs work on his own, using his own tools, equipment and materials.
2. The final cost of the work is confirmed by the contractor’s estimate documentation, which must be performed in accordance with the terms of the calculation of estimates No. 49120/619 dated November 14, 2018 and hourly tariff rates approved by AVTOVAZ JSC for 2019, and agreed upon with the management of the AvtoVAZ Aviation Inspection Directorate of AvtoVAZ JSC .
3. The deadline for completion of design and survey works is July 30, 2019, the deadline for completion of construction and assembly works is November 30, 2019.
4. Design and estimate documentation should be agreed with the PrU AVTOVAZ JSC. Working documents are provided in electronic form in "pdf-format" and on paper in 4 (four) copies. Prior to the commencement of work, construction materials and equipment must be coordinated with UKS AvtoVAZ JSC.
