Обоснование: Предложение ООО «Бур-Строй-Монтаж» отклонено в соответствии с Протоколом рассмотрения заявок от 10.12.2019 г. № ПРС 100120/2 на основании п. 5.3.4.б), Документации о закупке, так как заявка Участника не соответствует - п. 6.1 части V «ТЕХНИЧЕСКАЯ ЧАСТЬ – Приложение 2» - Техническое задание; п. 9.f части II «ИНФОРМАЦИОННАЯ КАРТА ЗАКУПКИ» Документации о закупке; п. 1.е, 2.а, 4.и Приложения № 2 к части II «ИНФОРМАЦИОННАЯ КАРТА ЗАКУПКИ» Документации о закупке.
В соответствии с п. 5.5.4. Документации о закупке заявка ООО «СИГ» соответствует требованиям, установленным документацией о закупке, содержит лучшие условия исполнения договора и набрало наибольшее количество баллов по критериям оценки, указанных в документации о закупке – 4,68 балла.
Результаты оценки заявок Участников сведены в Отчет об оценке - Приложение к настоящему Протоколу.
