The technical and commercial proposal of the Bidder Called for Bidding must include all expenses necessary to fulfill obligations under the contract in full and with proper quality, as well as all taxes, fees and other mandatory payments and other expenses related to the provision of services under the contract.
Comments: To carry out the design and estimate documentation in accordance with the current:
- requirements, regulatory documentation and technical regulations of the Russian Federation;
- requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of environmental protection;
- building codes and regulations of the Russian Federation;
- sanitary and epidemiological norms and rules of the Russian Federation;
- standards of technological design.
Design and estimate documentation should be performed using AutoCAD/nanoCAD software, Compass, Microsoft Office, "Estimate.ru" and others.
Documentation should be developed using modern achievements of science and technology, meet the requirements of regulatory documents and guidance documents, should ensure reliability, industrial and fire safety during the operation of the facility. Comply with the current requirements of Federal norms and regulations:
- Federal Law 123-FZ "Technical Regulations on Fire Safety requirements";
- Federal Law "On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities" dated 07/21/1997, No. 116-FZ;
- Federal Law "Technical Regulations on the Safety of Buildings and Structures" dated 12/30/2009 No. 384-FZ;
- GOST R 21.101–2020 "System of project documentation for construction. Basic requirements for project and working documentation";
- GOST 2.114–2016 "Unified system of design documentation. Technical specifications" and other applicable regulatory documents.
The documentation must be submitted in an amount sufficient to pass the examination.
The documentation should contain information sufficient for the Customer to make changes to the Technological Regulations.
Requirements for the content and composition of the bid for participation in the Call for Bidding
The bid for participation in the Call for Bidding must contain the following documents:
1. Questionnaire of the Call for Bidding Bidder (in the form of Appendix No. 1 to this Bid Notice).
2. A copy of the document confirming the authority of the person to act on behalf of the Call for Bidding Bidder, except for the cases of signing the bid:
- an individual entrepreneur, if an individual entrepreneur is a Bidder of such a Call for Bidding;
- a person indicated in the unified State Register of Legal Entities as a person entitled to act on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (hereinafter referred to as the manager in this part of the Bid Notice), if the Bidder of such Call for Bidding is a legal entity;
3. Technical and commercial proposal (in the form of Appendix No. 2 to this Bid Notice); The cost and timing of work on each object are indicated separately in the Technical and Commercial Proposal. In the Technical and Commercial Proposal it is necessary to specify the warranty period.
4. Certificate of experience in performing similar (comparable to the subject of the contract) works in the amount of at least 3 executed contracts in the last 3 years preceding the date of submission of the bid for participation in this Call for Bidding. (in the form of Appendix No. 3 to this Bidden Notice). The Customer may request from the Call for Bidding Bidder the supporting documents (copies of executed contracts and copies of documents confirming the execution of contracts) specified in this certificate.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
