Документации о закупке, так как заявка не соответствует пп.4.1.1. ч. I; 8. ч.II инф карты Документации о закупке. В соответствии п. 7.5.1.в. Единого стандарта закупок ПАО "Россети" (Положения о закупке), (протокол заседания Совета Директоров ПАО «МРСК Северного Кавказа» от 25.12.2018 № 363) процедура закупки признается несостоявшейся. В соответствии с п. 7.5.7.Единого стандарта закупок ПАО "Россети" (Положения о закупке) вопрос о заключении договора с ООО "СМЭК" выносится на заседание Центрального закупочного органа ПАО "МРСК Северного Кавказа".
