Payment for the performed Works is made by the Customer upon completion of all Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Result of Works on the basis of the Works Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate Works, subject to the submission by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of the following documents:
ü Works acceptance certificate signed by the Parties;
ü A copy of the Consignment Note / Act / Register of acceptance and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of Documentation;
ü Originals of positive opinions, Expertises, approvals, permits issued by Specialized Organizations for Documentation;
ü original invoice;
ü the original invoice drawn up on the basis of the Work Acceptance Certificate and handed over to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of the work,
provided that there are no claims and requirements on the part of the Customer for the quality and timing of the work performed.
