Payment terms:
1) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Works performed is made by the Customer upon completion of all Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Work Result on the basis of the Works Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, with a deferred payment of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the Works Acceptance Certificate, subject to the submission by the Contractor For the customer a complete set of the following documents:
- Works acceptance certificate signed by the Parties;
- A copy of the Invoice / Act / Register of acceptance and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of Documentation;
- Originals of positive opinions, examinations, approvals, permits issued by specialized organizations for Documentation;
- original invoice;
- original invoice;
provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer for the quality and timing of the work performed.
Payment under the Agreement is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor, as well as in other ways not prohibited by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the performed Works is made by the Customer upon completion of all Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Result of Works on the basis of the Works Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, within 15 working days from the date of signing the Works Acceptance Certificate, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- Works acceptance certificate signed by the Parties;
- A copy of the Invoice / Act / Register of acceptance and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of Documentation;
- Originals of positive opinions, examinations, approvals, permits issued by specialized organizations for Documentation;
- original invoice;
- original invoice;
