Payment terms:
Payment for the Works performed is made by the Customer upon completion of all Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Work Result on the basis of the Works Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing the Works Acceptance Certificate , provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
ü Works acceptance certificate signed by the Parties;
ü A copy of the Invoice / Act / Register of acceptance and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of Documentation for the Stage of work;
ü Originals of positive opinions, Expertises, approvals, permits issued by the Specialized Organizations for the Documentation for the relevant Stage of work;
ü original invoice;
ü the original invoice drawn up on the basis of the Work Acceptance Certificate and handed over to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of the work,
provided that there are no claims and requirements on the part of the Customer for the quality and timing of the work performed.
In case of concluding an agreement with the SME:
Payment for the Works performed is made by the Customer upon the completion of all Works under the Agreement and the Contractor transferring the Results of the Works under the Agreement to the Customer within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer signed and sent by the Contractor of the Acceptance Certificate of the Works performed (form KS-2) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor ... The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Payment of the Contract Price is made by the Customer by wire transfer of funds to the account of the Contractor, or in any other way provided for by the Agreement and / or the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The obligations of the participants in the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a forfeit in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes). 3. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to conduct a price regulation procedure.

5. The contract based on the results of the APR is concluded no earlier than ten days and no later than twenty days from the date of posting in the EIS the final protocol drawn up based on the results of the APR.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Proposals, established in the Notice of the request for proposals with notification of all participants.
