Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
payment of the executed Works is made by the Customer on the fact of completion of all Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Results of works on the basis of the agreement signed by the Parties, with delay not less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the ACT Acceptance of the Works, provided the Contractor delivers the complete set of the following documents to the Customer:
ü of the Act of acceptance of Works signed by the Parties;
ü Copy of the Invoice/ACT/Register on acceptance-transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the complete set of Project Documentation;
ü Originals of positive conclusions, approvals, permits issued by the Specialized organizations to the project Documentation;
ü of the original account;
ü of the original invoice, issued on the basis of the Act of acceptance of the Works and transferred to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of performance of works, provided there are no claims and requirements on the part of the Customer on the quality and terms of executed Works.
In case the Contractor is a subject of small or medium business, the postponement shall not be more than 30 (thirty) calendar days.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transfer of funds to the account of the Supplier, specified in the Agreement, and may have a different form of settlements, not contradicting the legislation of the RUSSIAN Federation.

Scope of work execution: In accordance with the technical specification (Annex № 1 to the documentation) and estimates (Annex № 2 to the contract).
