Payment for the performed Works is made by the Customer upon completion of all the Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Results of the work on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Works signed by the Parties, with payment with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of Acceptance of Works, subject to the submission of Contractor to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
ü Act of acceptance of work signed by the Parties;
ü Copy of the Waybill / Act / Register on acceptance and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the full set of project documentation;
ü Originals of positive opinions, Industrial Safety Expertise, approvals, permits issued by Specialized Organizations for design documentation;
ü original invoice;
ü the original invoice issued on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Works and transmitted to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of completion of the work, subject to the absence of claims and requirements on the part of the Customer regarding the quality and timing of the work performed.
In the event that the Contractor is a small or medium-sized business, the delay is not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Scope of work: In accordance with the statement of work (Appendix No. 1 to the documentation) and estimated estimates (Appendix No. 2 to the contract).
Deadline: from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2019
