Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the work performed is made by the Customer upon completion of all Work and acceptance by the Customer of the Work Results on the basis of the Work Acceptance Act signed by the Parties, with payment with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the Work Acceptance Act, subject to submission by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of the following documents:
ü Work Acceptance Act signed by the Parties;
ü A copy of the consignment note / Act / Register of acceptance and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the complete set of project Documentation;
ü Originals of positive opinions, Examination of industrial safety, approvals, permits issued by specialized organizations for project documentation;
ü of the original invoice;
ü the original invoice drawn up on the basis of the Work Acceptance Act and transferred to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of the work, subject to the absence of claims and requirements from the Customer in terms of the quality and timing of the Work performed.
If the Contractor is a small or medium-sized business, the delay is not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days.
Calculations under the Agreement are made by transferring money to the settlement account of the Supplier specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of payment that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
Scope of work: In accordance with the terms of reference (Appendix No. 1 to the documentation) and estimate calculation (Appendix No. 3 to the contract).
Deadline: from the date of conclusion of the contract to 11/30/2019
