The application includes the following documents:
a. Offer (commercial offer) by form and in accordance with the instructions provided in the Request for Offers Documentation (Section 8, Form No. 1).

b) the application must arrive at the email address no later than 4 hours prior to the end of applications.
c) The amount of information in one email should not exceed 32 MB.
Place of the procedure: This procedure is conducted electronically at the B2B-Center Group's ETP (www.b2b-center.ru). Participant proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
