2. The purpose of the work.
2.1. Improving the reliability of the PTVM 30M hot water boiler.

3. Initial data for the performance of work.
3.1. Install the VFD on the smoke exhauster and the fan of the PTVM 30M hot water boiler.
3.2. Smoke exhauster type - DN 21.
3.2.1. Power el. engine 160 kW.
3.2.2. Engine speed 750 rpm.
3.3. Fan type-VDN-15.
3.3.1. Power el. motor 55 kW.
3.3.2. Engine speed 985 rpm.
3.4. The operating mode of the PTVM 30M boiler is seasonal from November to March.
3.5. VFD installation site boiler room EnS.
3.6. The air temperature in the boiler room is 16-22 С0.
3.7. Dust content of the air with graphite dust in the ENS boiler room is 0.8 grams / second.

4. Requirements for the project.
4.1. The project provides for the installation of VFDs in separate cabinets with at least IP54 protection. Cabinets must have replaceable filters for the intake of outside air and a hermetically sealed damper at the air outlet from the cabinet.
4.2. Cabinets must have exhaust fans in the volume of the required air exchange according to the manufacturer's requirements.
4.3. The design provides for sound and light alarms in case of failure of the exhaust fans.

5. Requirements for commissioning.
5.1. The VFD must be adapted to the AGAVA programmable logic controller installed on the PTVM 30M boiler.
5.2. Carry out the adjustment of the AGAVA automation of the PTVM 30M boiler for joint work with the VFD and provide a report on the adjustment work.
5.3. Carry out the operating and adjustment work of the combustion modes.

6. Turnaround time.
Start of work execution - July 2021
Completion of work - October 2021

7. Payment order.
7.1. In the commercial offer, indicate the calculation procedure

At least 1 year from the date of completion of adjustment work

10. Requirements for the performer:

- Development by the contractor of PPR, PPRK, RTI.
- Availability of attestation of the head, engineering technician, industrial safety workers at the HIF.
- Availability of medical clearance of personnel to work at HIF.
