The offer must be accompanied by: a commercial offer in Excel format (in the form in the attachment), a certificate of a major transaction, a scan of an extract from the register of SRO members, a description of the stained-glass system.
The commercial offer must take into account all the conditions and requirements listed in the terms of reference and working documentation, the cost of all basic, auxiliary and other materials (not mentioned in the commercial offer) with delivery, wages, machines and mechanisms, transport, overhead costs, estimated profit , limited costs, temporary buildings and structures, the need for advance payments, warranty periods, as well as the possibility of providing a bank guarantee for the amount of the requested advance. The work (including materials) not taken into account in the calculation, including due to an error, is performed by the Contractor without increasing the total cost of the work package. All materials used must be certified.
The customer has the right to divide the scope of work for this tender among several contractors.
The contractor is obliged to visit and inspect the construction site, as well as obtain all information that may be necessary for the preparation of a commercial proposal.

This request for proposals procedure is not an offer, an invitation to make an offer, an acceptance of an offer or an invitation to take part in an auction; its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The Customer shall not also bear an indemnity obligation to the Participants or the third parties for any losses related to their participation in this RFP procedure. By participating in this RFP, a Participant confirms being informed on these terms and acceptance of those.
The organizer has the right to carry out rebidding in case of an unsatisfactory result at the first stage. The winner of the procedure will be the proposal of the applicant offering the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure.
