Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:completed works produced by the Customer Payment on the fact of completion of all Work and acceptance by the customer of the result works signed by the parties on the basis of the Act of acceptance of works, with a delay of no less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing of the Act acceptance of works, subject to the submission by the contractor to the customer the full set of the following documents:
- Act of acceptance of works, signed by the parties;
- A copy of the consignment note/Act/Registry of acceptance-transfer of the contractor to the customer the full set of documentation for Stage works;
- Originals of positive opinions, Examinations, approvals, permits, issued by specialized organizations to documentation for the relevant stage of works;
- the original invoice;
- the original invoice issued on the basis of the taking over certificate works and passed to the customer within 5 calendar days from the date of execution of the works,
Assuming no claims and demands from the customer by the quality and timing of work performed.
