| Payment terms: | - Payment is made upon the completion of each stage of work in accordance with the schedule of work, Appendix No. 2 and estimates for the design work, Appendix No. 3, after the signing of the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed and the invoice for payment issued by the Contractor. |
