2. Purpose of work:
- replacement of obsolete equipment;
- increasing the accuracy of dry batch dosage ± 1kg; iron oxide ± 1%;
- increasing the reliability of the system;
- installation of modern software.
- connect three additional bunkers to the system (see Appendix 1):

- bunker number 6
- iron oxide bin
- automation of carts, for the collection and delivery of pre-weighed material in automatic mode to the unloading point (see Appendix 1).

3. The term of design work is 2-3 sq. 2021.

4. Scope of work performed:
4.1. Scope of work
Development of a modernization project, including:
• Process control system Dosing systems
• Dust collection during dosing
• Modernization of equipment in order to improve dosing accuracy.
4.2 Equipment composition
• Dosing carts - 2 pcs;
• Grade bunkers - 31 pieces;
• Dosing bins - 11 pcs;
• Equipment for material transport (augers, dispensers, gate);


5. System requirements.
5.1 Requirements for the system as a whole
5.1.1. Requirements for the structure and functioning of the system:
The control system must include an AWP and an industrial controller, which must include the necessary input / output modules. The system receives information about all the parameters of the technological process. The controller transmits data to the AWP for subsequent placement in the database.
5.1.2. Requirements for methods and means of information exchange between system components.
5.1.2.1. Communication between APCS devices and communication with the plant-wide information network is carried out using an Ethernet network.
5.1.2.2. Data transmission should be carried out in real time.
5.1.3. Reliability requirements.
5.1.3.1. Composition and quantitative values of reliability indicators for the system as a whole and its subsystems:
- the average net recovery time for any equipment in the system should be no more than 1 hour;
- the total average service life of the software and hardware complex of the automated process control system of the line must be at least 100 thousand hours.
5.1.3.2. Requirements for the reliability of technical means:
- the technical means of the system must have self-diagnostics and light indication of a good condition, as well as an alarm about the detection of violations in the operation of the equipment;
5.1.4. Safety requirements
5.1.4.1. The equipment of the automated process control system of the line in relation to electrical safety refers to installations with a voltage of up to 1000 V. During their installation, commissioning and operation, it is necessary to be guided by the requirements of the technical documentation for the system kits, the requirements of the current PUE, PTEEP and POT during the operation of electrical installations.
5.1.4.2. At the start of movement on the trolley, warning sound and light signaling should be activated.
5.1.5. Requirements for the operation, maintenance, repair and storage of system components.
The arrangement of the technical means of the system should be rational both from the point of view of the installation connections between them, and the convenience and safety of their operation and maintenance.
The internal layout of control cabinets should be convenient from the point of view of operation, repair and access, both internal and external installation, as well as it is determined by the requirements of the manufacturers of the installed equipment.
5.1.5.1. The power supply of the technical means of the system must be carried out with a voltage of 24V, the power supplies must be selected for using an alternating current network with a nominal voltage of 220 V and permissible deviations from 187 to 242 V, with a frequency of 50 ± 1 Hz.
5.1.6 . Requirements for the safety of information during accidents.
Any single failure of hardware or the loss of supply voltage should not lead to the loss of application software and information accumulation.
- the application software loaded into the controller has two degrees of protection:
a) when the supply voltage disappears, the RAM in which the program is written is powered by an autonomous battery;
b) a copy of the executable program is written in the flash memory of the processor module, which, in the event of the loss of the main executable program, is copied to RAM;
c) the power supply for the workstation and the controller must be carried out through uninterruptible power supplies.
5.1.7. Requirements for protection from the influence of external influences.
5.1.7.1. Requirements for electronic protection of the means of automated process control systems of the line.
The protection of parts of the system from external influences of electric and magnetic fields, as well as noise in the power supply circuits, must be sufficient for the normal operation of the system.
To do this, the system must use special hardware and software solutions:
- filtering of noise in power supply and information circuits;
- the use of shielded cables for the transmission of low-current electrical signals;
- the use of microprocessor devices with increased noise immunity.
5.1.7.2. Requirements for resistance, resistance and strength to external influences.
- the set of technical means of the system must ensure operability under the specified operating conditions:
a) ambient temperature from -20 to + 60 ° С;
b) relative humidity of the ambient air from 40 to 90% at a temperature of + 30 ° С;
c) atmospheric pressure from 84 kPa to 107 kPa (from 630 to 800 mm Hg);
Cabinets must have at least IP65 protection and be equipped with a cooling system.
The execution group for each type of technical means of the system should be selected by the system developer, taking into account the specific operating conditions at the stage of project development.
c) for the placement of equipment, provide for the possibility of placing it in a room providing protection against dust ingress.

5.2. Requirements for the types of collateral.
5.2. Requirements for technical support.
5.2.1. The technical structure of the CTS should provide for the possibility of modernization and development of the system during operation. In KTS should be used means of mass production. In this case, the possibility of interchangeability of devices of the same type should be ensured.
5.2.2. A programmable logic controller is used as control devices. The controller must use the same type of modules with the same programming and testing methods in order to maximize the ease of setup and maintenance. All devices included in the controller must perform self-diagnostic functions.
5.2.3. When inputting discrete signals, measures must be taken to protect against contact bounce. All signal I / O devices must be galvanically isolated.
5.2.4. To implement the maintenance of databases, a server computer must be provided as part of the data storage and control subsystem (AWS).
5.2.5. The project must provide for the use of Siemens 1200 or 1500 series controllers. If necessary, provide for the replacement of drives in the project. Provide for the replacement of cable lines. Provide for replacement of cabinets.
5.2.6. Carry out the reconstruction of the cart. She must transmit
data online and write to the database via WI-FI. Weighing accuracy ± 3 kg. Standard recipe for a 2100 kg cart. The trolley positioning system must ensure error-free loading and unloading. At the beginning of the movement, the warning sound and light alarm should be turned on.
5.3 Software requirements
5.3.1. The software should be built so that the absence of separate initial data does not interfere with the operation of the system and does not affect the operation of those functions of the APCS, in the implementation of which these data are not used. The software must have a means of diagnostics of technical means and control of the reliability of input information.
5.3.2. Development software must allow updating the hardware of a personal computer and installing new versions of operating systems on them.
The system for developing the controller's application programs must ensure future operability with the models of processor modules produced by the manufacturer.
5.3.3. The software must provide:
- continuous operation and manual restart if necessary;
- short response time to events occurring in the controlled technological object;
- the possibility of further development with the expansion of the range of technological facilities and their modernization.
5.3.4. The system should provide permanent storage of archived data on all technological and technical parameters, operator actions, errors.
5.3.5. The storage system must be able to view online over the network.
5.3.6. The system should display to the operator the status of all sensors, digital and analog.
5.3.7. The mnemonic diagram should contain visual diagnostic elements.
5.3.8. The system shall compile and store reports on the progress of the nipple processing process.
5.3.9. The system must be based on the latest version of Wonderware Intouch software.

5.4 Equipment requirements.
5.4.1 The system must be based on a Siemens processor. All equipment must have industrial design, protection not lower than IP65 or placed in cabinets with such protection. Control cabinets must have a cooling system. It is also necessary to provide an uninterruptible power supply to the controller.
5.4.2 The weighing system of the weighing bins shall have 3 load cells.
5.4.3 It is necessary to install new filling augers (see Appendix 1).
5.4.4 Install additional shut-off gates (valves) on fine fractions to prevent material flow after stopping the dispenser.
5.4.5 The augers must be driven through frequency controllers of IP65 design.
6. Documentation requirements
6.1 The composition of the developed project documentation (working draft):
6.1.1 Explanatory note;
6.1.2 Structural and functional diagrams;
6.1.3 Electrical schematic diagrams;
6.1.4 Lists of elements;
6.1.5 Connection diagrams;
6.1.6 Connection diagrams;
6.1.7 Layout of equipment and wiring;
6.1.8 Cable magazines;
6.1.9 General arrangement drawings for low-voltage complete devices;
6.1.10 Design documentation for the manufacture of transitional units (shafts, flanges, adapter plates) and brackets for the installation of new electrical equipment (electric motors, sensors, etc.);
6.1.11 Sheets of purchased products for the purchase of equipment, cable and wire products.
The Contractor provides the listed sections of the design documentation in triplicate on paper and one electronic media in PDF and DWG format, and carries out architectural supervision.

7. General requirements.
Before the tender, the contractor must: be sure to arrive at the plant to study
existing control system, read the documentation.

8. Requirements for the submitted proposals.
The contractor must indicate in the TCH the terms of work, the cost of work, as well as the terms of payment.

9. Acceptance.
Design work is considered completed in full after the signing by the "Parties" of the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed.
10. Requirements for the Contractor.
10.1. The contractor must have all the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work.
10.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, obtaining additional ND and TD, the arrival of the Contractor's representatives to the Customer is required.
10.3. The contractor in his commercial offer indicates the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
10.4. The work performed not of high quality must be redone at the expense of the Contractor and handed over to the Customer.
10.5. The Contractor must develop and agree with the Customer a linear schedule for the performance of work for all the necessary work - within a period of no more than 15 calendar days after the announcement of the winner of the tender procedure.
10.6. SRO and special permits for certain types of design work are required.
10.7. The regulatory documents used in the design must be relevant and comply with the requirements of the regulations and legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of design activities.
10.8. The materials offered in the design documentation should be modern and as acceptable as possible in terms of price / quality ratio.
