Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Comments:
1) I ask you to send an extended commercial proposal for the implementation of design work for the construction of a SOK with a sunflower storage department on the territory of Borsky Elevator LLC in accordance with the approved TOR

2) Mandatory familiarization with the procurement documentation:
- TK
- approved list of documents (excluding clauses 14,18,19,20)
- counterparty questionnaire required to fill out
- special conditions to the contract for the performance of design work when the contractor is at the OSN
- consent form for submission to the NO at the place of registration
- FTS information letter

3) It is obligatory to provide:
- Commercial offer detailed by stages and objects (stations) of reconstruction
- Developed and signed design work schedule (basic).
- List of similar projects implemented in the period 2017-2020, indicating the names of the supplied equipment and services (reference list)
- List of customer organizations
- SRO
- set of documents according to the approved list, excluding clauses 14,18,19,20
- completed counterparty questionnaire
- readiness to submit consent and sign the MA when the contractor is at the DOS.


This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
