Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the work performed is made by the Customer upon completion of all Work and acceptance by the Customer of the Work Result based on the Work Acceptance Act signed by the Parties, with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days (if the contract is concluded with an SME, the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation) from the date of signing of the Work Acceptance Act, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor to the Customer:
ü Work Acceptance Act signed by the Parties;
ü Copy of the Register on acceptance and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the complete set of Documentation;
ü Originals of positive opinions, Expertise, approvals, permits issued by Specialized Organizations (if necessary);
ü of the original invoice;
The original invoice drawn up on the basis of the Work Acceptance Act and transferred to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of the work,
subject to the absence of claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and timing of the work performed.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring money to the settlement account of the Supplier specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of payment that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
Scope of work: In accordance with the terms of reference (Appendix No. 1 to the documentation) and estimate calculation (Appendix No. 3 to the contract).
Deadline: from the date of the conclusion of this Agreement to 31.12.2019. The deadlines for the execution of the Works are established in the Schedule for the execution of the works (Appendix No. 2 to the Contract).
