Auto-extension

Payment terms:
payment under the contract is made by the customer on the basis of the act of executed works on the form of KS-2 (primary accounting documents), exposed by the contractor with deferred payment of at least 60 days and not more than 90 days. For participants belonging to small/medium enterprises the payment of products is made by the buyer with a delay of not more than 30 calendar days from the moment of delivery of products to the buyer.
Deferred payment is calculated from the moment of signing the primary accounting documents, provided the contractor has issued invoices in accordance with the requirements of the Russian tax code. The primary accounting documents are signed by the parties monthly not earlier than the 25th of each month.
Settlements under the contract are made in cash, and may have a different form, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.
