Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment of the executed Works is made by the Customer on the fact of completion of all Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Result of works on the basis of the agreement signed by the Parties, with a delay of not less than 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar Days (in case the contract is concluded with SMSP, the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation) from the date of signing the Work acceptance Act, provided the Contractor provides the Customer with a complete set of the following Documents:
ü of the Act of acceptance of Works signed by the Parties;
ü Copy of the Register on acceptance-transfer by the Contractor to the Customer a complete set of Documentation;
ü Originals of positive conclusions, Examinations, approvals, permits issued by the Specialized organizations (if necessary);
ü of the original account;
ü of the original invoice, issued on the basis of the Act of acceptance of the Works and transferred to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of performance of works,
Subject to the absence of claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and terms of Work performed.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transfer of funds to the account of the Supplier, specified in the Agreement, as well as may have a different form of settlements, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Period of work execution: From the date of conclusion of this Agreement on 31.12.2019.
