Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

1. Cost of execution of project documentation according to TK;
2. Duration of project works;
3. Term of validity of the commercial offer;
4. Availability of permitting documents for execution of design works and preparation of project documentation;
5. All prices in the offer should include all taxes and other obligatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier;
6. This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Russian Civil Code. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
7. The terms of the contract are not subject to revision. If the supplier participates in the bidding, it means that he agrees in the event of announcing its winner to conclude a contract for delivery under the standard form of JSC "ZTK" without a protocol of disagreement and to deliver on the terms specified in the announcement of the purchase;
8. Works should be carried out in accordance and in the volume of working documentation and the current normative base of the Russian Federation.
