Commercial offer (according to the form of Appendix №6), statements of volumes of work, schedule of works shall be filled out, signed and stamped!
The commercial offer must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:
1. Specify in the TCH "this TCH is performed on the basis of "the technical specifications for the performance of works on the supply of control cabinets, controller equipment, instrumentation, CMR, Poland within the project for the modernization of the automated control system of technological processes complex for the production of 550 thousand tons of feed per year" and fully meets the requirements of this technical tasks and attachments to it.
2. The participant of the trade procedure must provide a detailed schedule (indicating the number and position of the employed employees, the number of days) for the conduct of the JIM and NDP for each control cupboard/ARM/communication lines/server etc. taking into account the non-stop nature of the existing production of the compound feed production.
3. In the TCH it is necessary to specify in detail the cost of performed works, indicating the terms of their performance according to Appendix №6 to this TK.
4. In case of falling of the competitive price from the estimated price by 40% or more, the participant of the trading procedure should provide an estimated justification for the price reduction.
5. The status of the supplier of hardware and software must be confirmed by the official representative of the vendor in the Russian Federation.
6. The offer must include the warranty period for the services/equipment supplied.
7. Payment terms (fact/prepayment - advance payment).
8. The offer must be signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization.
