Comments:
1. To participate in the request, please prepare:
- Commercial offer, according to the requirements of the Technical specification (sections 5, 6),
- Fill in the annexes № 2-3 to the technical specification,
- Fill in the form according to the attached template.

2. When submitting an offer on the site, the total cost of the project shall be indicated (the details should be reflected in the attached CP).

3. This procedure is not a contest, its conduct is not regulated by articles 447 – 449 of the first Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 part of the second Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
