The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the request for proposals, as well as complete the request for proposals procedure without concluding an agreement on its results at any time, while the Organizer does not reimburse the participant for expenses incurred by him in connection with the preparation and participation in the request for proposals procedure. Bidding organizer has the right to amend the Announcement and Documentation, as well to extend the period (date and/or time) for submission of Proposals.

In accordance with the provisions of subparagraph 1) clause 2.1. Article 1 of the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "On the Procurement of Goods, Works, Services, by Certain Types of Legal Entities", this federal law does not apply to the activities of PJSC "Unipro" related to the procurement of goods (works, services), since the total revenue of Unipro PJSC from the activities carried out in the field of natural monopolies, as well as from regulated activities specified in the Federal Law No. 223-FZ dated July 18, 2011, does not exceed 10% of the total amount proceeds from all types of activities carried out by PJSC "Unipro".
