Payment terms:
It is preferable to pay 100% on the fact of services rendered with a deferred payment of 60 calendar days (ready to consider the contractor's proposal).
Comments: 1. The proposal is submitted in free form, with the mandatory provision of forms attached to the Call for Bidding (appendices 2-5) certified by the signature of the manager with an imprint of the seal. In the technical part of the offer, the list and composition of the works must be indicated and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit rates, payment terms, etc.)
2. The offer must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TA and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TA will be rejected.
3. Ural Steel JSC uses electronic document management (EDI) with its partners and customers in the system of Diadocs (http://www.diadoc.ru ) SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems. The form of the EDI Agreement is attached to the Call for Bidding.
4. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participation in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an Agreement may be terminated.
5. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as to accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as to reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as to cancel the Call for Bidding at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.
6. In accordance with the policy of Ural Steel JSC on industrial safety, companies that have passed accreditation No. 396 "General Accreditation" and have passed a questionnaire on OT and PB No. 645 are allowed to perform work on the territory of enterprises. To pass the accreditation procedure, it is necessary to provide a completed Supplier Questionnaire and a complete set of supporting documents.
Companies that have not been accredited cannot be selected as winners of tender procedures.
