The place of rendering services is the Territory of the Customer (Belgorod region, Stary Oskol, JSC "OEMK named after A.V. Ugarov: 1) TSC: site of external power facilities, boiler house of SOK Belogorye; 2) Lime roasting shop (COI): Natural gas pipeline on communication overpasses;
3) UPZCH. Machine shop. Bridge crane 32/5 t, open overpass, span W-I).
Term of works: TSC - May 2024; COI - June 2024; UPZCH MC - August 2024.
The main requirements for the work are in full compliance with the terms of the Technical Specifications for the objects.

Comments: This request for proposals consists of 1 stage:

3. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the Technical and Commercial Proposal will be rejected.
4. Applicants fill out Appendices No. 1-4 to the Technical and Commercial Proposal request. It is required to attach a completed Technical and Commercial Proposal form (Appendix No. 5) and a Separate List of materials indicating the price for each item (in an editable format)

6. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participation in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an Agreement may be terminated. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as to accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as to reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as to cancel the Call for Bidding at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.
