Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

The participant's price offer submitted to the ETP must be consistent with the price offer presented as part of the bid for participation (Participant's Offer form).
The mismatch of ETP price and price in the bid for participation is grounds for avoiding further participation in the purchase.

The price for the ETP is not VAT.

The lot price includes all supplier costs.
