Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:Аванс 30%. Оплата перечислением денежных средств в соответствии с календарным планом (по этапам) в течение 30 рабочих дней со дня предоставления оригинала счёт-фактуры, наряд-заказа, акта выполненных работ на оказанные услуги, акта сверки.
I этап – инженерные изыскания, разработка ПД и РД;
II этап – СМР, приобретение оборудования, материалов;
III этап – ПНР и комплексное опробование с получением заключения о соответствии построенного объекта ПД в Ростехнадзоре;
IV этап – ОПР.
При составлении расчетов, калькуляции, сметы использовать, коэффициенты, Территориальные сметные нормативы по Республики Татарстан.
