Comments:
LLC "Albazino Resources" invites you to take part in the procurement procedure for the automation of the modernized technological scheme, conducting a NDT at the RA 0001640 Main building of the enrichment plant. Technical re-equipment.

Place of service provision:
Khabarovsk Krai, Polina Osipenko district, the site of the Albazinsky Mining and Processing Plant (Latitude 52° 51 17.7, Longitude 137° 53 2.6).

Terms of work:
Start of work: 02/16/2023;
Completion of works: 03/13/2023.

Initial data for the SMR:
1. Working documentation "Albazinsky mining and Processing Plant. The main building of the processing plant. Technical re-equipment", code RA2(01-1-1013)-2022-ATX, 2022;
2. The NDP program developed by the Contractor and agreed with the Customer. At the stage of the procurement procedure, provide information on the sections of the program.

We will be grateful to receive your commercial offer no later than 10:00 (Moscow time) 22.11.2022 with the following applications:
- a commercial offer on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person indicating information on the approval of the basic draft of the contract without disagreement, or the provision of an appropriate protocol of disagreement;
- completed offer card (Appendix No. 3 to the letter);
- completed calculation of the contract price (Appendix No. 2 to the TOR);
- the completed Questionnaire of the counterparty (Appendix No. 4 to the letter) and the reference list;
- preliminary program of the NDP (specify the main sections);
- scanned copies of the permits required to perform the work;
- scanned copies of documents confirming the availability of the necessary equipment, equipment;
- the charter (in the latest edition with all amendments and additions);
- certificate of state registration (assignment of OGRN);
- certificate of tax registration;
- the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
- if necessary – a power of attorney for the person who signed the contract;
- letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 5 to the letter).

This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this procedure for requesting an offer does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations
