Payment terms:payment within 60 calendar days from the moment of signing of the Act of executed works by cash, the promissory note of JSC "RUSAL Achinsk"
Delivery terms:the criteria for expert evaluation of Contractor's choice for the performance of works are:
1. Minimum cost of service.
2. The minimum prices for the market are checked and agreed by the customer.
3. Work in the wording of the contract of the customer.
4. Availability of permitting documents and resources for performance of works:
- Availability of SRO;
- Availability of staff resources, trained personnel;
- Experience of performing similar works on similar objects for the last 2-3 years.
5. Terms of performance of works: To 31.12.2019 G.
6. Payment within 60 calendar days from the moment of signing of the Act of executed works by cash, the promissory note of JSC "RUSAL Achinsk".
7. Guarantees of quality of works, services: From 24 months.
8. Presence of the company or under the lease contract of specialized equipment and equipment.
9. The Contractor shall submit supporting documents upon request.
10. For the disruption of the time of work, there are penalties in the amount not less than 10% of the cost of work performed.

RUSAL Achinsk JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the selection in the following cases:
- Commercial offer received after the deadline;
- Terms of the offer do not conform to the terms of the invitation;
- The commercial offer contains unreliable information;
- The person who sent the commercial proposal is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or in respect of him initiated proceedings in the insolvency (bankruptcy);
- The participant of the selection has negative experience with the enterprises of UC Rusal;
- In any other case on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for refusal.

The selection will be carried out with obligatory carrying out of overorders.
