Accomplishment of land improvement during the construction of facilities:
LOT 1: A complex of residential buildings with public services on the site 21-1 of the Northern Valley district. II stage of construction. Case 4 - closed parking lot;
LOT 2: A complex of residential buildings with public services on the site 21-1 of the "Northern Valley" district, stage II of construction. Housing 5.6, residential buildings with built-in facilities;
LOT 3: A complex of residential buildings with public services on the site 21-1 of the Northern Valley district, stage II of construction: Case 7,8,10 - residential buildings with built-in premises; building 9 - a residential building with built-in attached premises;
LOT 4: A complex of residential buildings with public services on the site 21-1 of the "Northern Valley" district, stage II of construction: Building 11.13 - residential buildings with built-in premises; Building 12.14 - residential buildings with built-in attached premises.Collapse
Comments: The procedure is two-stage:
1. stage - prequalification, stage 2 - request for commercial proposals.
Participants are required to fill in the attached forms (Application for participation in the tender, qualification form (Forms of documents for qualification of Applicants with attachments in the form of LLC "Glavstroy-SPb" specialized developer"), attach a valid extract from the register of SRO members.
Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature.
Those participants who have been pre-qualified under this procedure will be invited to participate in the second stage of the procurement procedure. This pre-qualification does not constitute a notice of bidding and does not constitute a public offer, the Organizer shall not bear any obligation to the suppliers who participated in the in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who submitted their proposals.$
This pre-qualification selection is not a bidding or public competition within the meaning of Art. 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
The Organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the procedure at any stage without incurring any liability to the Participants.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and/or change the date of consideration of the proposals of the Participants and summing up the results of the pre-qualification selection.
