This RFQ procedure is not a tender, incl. competition and / or auction, and its holding is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFQ procedure does not impose on the Organizer the obligations provided for by the civil legislation of the Russian Federation and specified in this paragraph.
