This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the Customer.

As part of the commercial proposal, please send the completed Counterparty Questionnaire - the form in the attachment, the Consent to the processing of personal data - the form in the attachment, the constituent documents according to the list:
1. charter (in the latest edition with all changes and additions);
2. certificate of state registration (on the assignment of the OGRN);
3. tax registration certificate;
4. the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
5. letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
6. an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
7. accounting (financial) statements for the last reporting year, or for the last reporting period;
8. bank statement on the movement of funds for the last 3 months.
9. Consent to the processing of personal data (form attached).
10. Counterparty questionnaire (form attached).

The customer reserves the right not to consider the proposals of companies that did not provide a kp and / or provided a kp not in the form of an offer card, and also not in full (without specifying specific indicators, technology, calculation of depreciation, staffing (see the map tabs) sentence)
