Comments:
1. More detailed information about the request is provided in the cover letter (Appendix).
2. Offers will not be accepted without uploaded documentation: commercial application, completed calculation of the contract price.
3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of own resources, availability of necessary documents for construction activities. quality, terms of work, cost, terms of payment, work experience.
4. This offer request procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
5. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.;
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer
6. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the Competitive Bidding process winner.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
