1. When submitting an bid, it is required to provide completed appendices to the request and pass:

2. For Bidders of Call for Bidding for METALLOINVEST Group of Companies, it is mandatory to pass the qualification selection for the groups "Services on REIS" and "Services on SMR" (111, 169). To do this, you must pass accreditation No. 627 at the B2B site. The table to be filled in is attached to this accreditation. Attachment of any additional documents is not required when filling out this table.
3. As part of the 1st stage (preliminary), the proposal should consist only of the technical part, certified by the signature of the supervisor with the seal impression. The list and composition of works must be indicated in the technical part and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit rates, payment terms, etc.). Applicants fill out Appendices No. 1-4 from the file "Technical and Commercial Proposal Request with Appendices No. 1-4" enclosed in the Bid documentation, as well as the Appendix No. 5_Technical proposal.
As part of the 2nd stage (the main one), the proposal should consist of a commercial part (Appendix 6 - commercial part). The settlement conditions must be determined taking into account the payment day established in METALLOINVEST Group from 07/01/2021 – Tuesday.
If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the Technical and Commercial Proposal may duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the Technical and Commercial Proposal will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices.
4. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly comply with the data indicated on the electronic platform. If the data in the attached Technical and Commercial Proposal and the completed electronic form on the site do not match, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the Technical and Commercial Proposal will be rejected.
5. It is also necessary to consider the form of the contract (available in the biddocumentation).
6. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participation in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an Agreement may be terminated. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as to accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as to reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as to cancel the Call for Bidding at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.
