1) If the participant applies to small and medium-sized businesses:
Deferred payment not more than 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the taking over certificate of executed works, subject to the submission by the contractor to the customer the full set of the following documents:
signed by the Parties Act of acceptance of the executed works (form COP-2);
signed by the parties for information on the cost of work performed (COP-3)

Assuming no claims and demands from the customer by the quality and timing of work performed.
Payment of the contract price shall be made by the customer by cashless transfer of funds to the account of the contractor. otherwise provided for in the Treaty and/or the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Party does not apply to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment with delay of payment not less than 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the taking over certificate of executed works, subject to the submission by the contractor to the customer the full set of the following documents:
signed by the Parties Act of acceptance of the executed works (form COP-2);
signed by the parties for information on the cost of work performed (COP-3)
