Comments:
The direction of the commercial proposal with the attachment of an estimate and an indication of the possible timing of the work based on the capabilities of the contractors (participants in the procurement). Commercial proposal must be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attached to the uploading documentation.
The commercial proposal must indicate:
1) The cost of work with VAT. The total amount must be reflected in the commercial proposal. The cost should be final, firm, include all additional. costs.
2) Payment terms (preference will be given to tenderers who have proposed a non-advance payment system and a maximum deferred payment).
3) Compliance with the requirements of the joint venture, SNIP acting on the territory of the Russian Federation;
4) Warranty obligations not less than 60 months; availability of certificates of conformity and quality for the used building materials.
5) Work completion date: May 2021
6) Work experience (attach a reference list)
