| Payment terms: | Payment for the work performed is made on the basis of the executed Certificate of acceptance of the work performed within 50 (fifty) but not earlier than 45 calendar days from the date of completion of the Works and the signing by the Customer of the duly executed documents submitted by the Contractor - invoice, invoice, Acceptance certificate executed works. |
