| Payment terms: | Settlement with the Contractor is made as the work is completed and the result is accepted by the Customer within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of signing of KS-2 and KS-3 for a given amount of work in the amount of the cost of work established by KS-3, minus the amount of the advance in proportion to the volume the work performed. |
