Comments: LLC Resursy Albazino invites you to take part in the tender for the dismantling of the Power Unit building, removal of construction waste from the site of the Production Base in the city of Amursk, Khabarovsk Territory in accordance with the terms of reference (hereinafter referred to as TOR) and initial data.
Place of provision of services:
Khabarovsk Territory, Amur District, Amursk, Mashinostroiteley Highway, 2.
Terms of work production:
1. Start date of work: 10/12/2020;
2. Completion date: 11.11.
Scope and scope of work:
The contractor is obliged to perform the work in accordance with the approved defective list (Appendix No. 1.1 to the TOR), the calculation of the contract price (Appendix No. 2 to the TOR), in accordance with the terms established by the contract, and the schedule of work (Appendix No. 3 to the TK).
Requirements for the production of construction and installation works:
Set out in clause 1.9 of the TK.
The minimum required requirements for the Contractor's machines and mechanisms (indicating the list and quantity for each type of equipment):
1. Dump truck (or trucks for removal of construction waste) - 1 unit;
2. Truck crane - 1 unit;
3. Loader - 1 unit;
4. Manual and auxiliary tools (puncher, angle grinder, including scaffolds, ladders, extension cords, etc.) - the number is determined by the composition of the brigade. All employees must be provided with the necessary tools;
5. Mobile DPP to provide work with electricity - 1 unit.
The customer does not provide equipment, mechanisms, machinery, fuels and lubricants necessary for the production of work.
The customer does not provide goods and materials for dismantling works.
Accommodation of the contractor's personnel at the customer's site is NOT provided.
Basic requirements for the Contractor's personnel (quantity / qualification / mode of operation):
1. The number of personnel and the composition of the teams is formed by the Contractor independently, taking into account the provision of work in accordance with the Schedule (Appendix No. 3 to the TOR).
Be sure to have certificates of admission to work at height, certificates of slingers. The presence of the Contractor's certified engineers and technicians is mandatory;
2. The mode of production of work is determined by the internal Order of the Contractor, taking into account the requirements for the production of work on the part of the Customer. Customer's working hours: every day Mon-Fri, from 9-00 to 18-00; Sat, Sun - day off.
Requirements for the availability of permits for the Contractor:
1. In accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation - the provision of an extract from the Register of SRO-S members is mandatory (the object is not an OPO);
2. Persons at least 18 years of age who have passed a medical examination, training and safety knowledge test in accordance with the requirements of STP OSMS and PB 002 are allowed to perform work with increased danger: certificates of admission to work at height, slinger certificates are required.
Occupational health and safety requirements:
1. Availability of an OSHMS;
2. Availability of health and safety system.
We will be grateful to receive your commercial offer no later than 10:00 (Moscow time) 09/24/2020 with the following attachments:
- a commercial proposal on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person, indicating information on the approval of the basic draft of the work contract without disagreements, or providing the corresponding protocol of disagreements;
- completed proposal card (Appendix No. 3 to the letter);
- completed calculation of the contract price (Appendix No. 2 to the TK);
- completed Questionnaire of the counterparty (Appendix No. 4 to the letter) and a reference list;
- scanned copies of permits required for the performance of work;
- scanned copies of documents confirming the availability of the necessary machinery, equipment;
- constituent documents: charter (fully in the latest edition), certificate of the OGRN, certificate of TIN, decision of the founder on the appointment of the head, letter on assignment of codes (Rosstat);
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 5 to the letter).

This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
