Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract Price in accordance with clause 3.7. Agreement (Appendix No. 2 to the Documentation):
"3.7. Order and terms of payment of the contract price
3.7.1. Payment of the Contract Price (work performed) is made by the Customer in the following order:
a) final settlement with a deferral of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of work performed on the Outfit order, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
- bills
- acceptance certificate of work performed (form No. КС-2), signed by the Parties;
- certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
- invoices.
- Copy of Order
- Act on the posting of material assets obtained during the dismantling and dismantling of equipment, buildings and structures (form No. ° Vn-M-05) in accordance with clause 7.1; - acceptance certificate of executive documentation.
3.7.2. Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.7.3. In case of concluding an agreement with a small and medium-sized business:
Payment for the performed Works is made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days (for contracts concluded as a result of procurement, notifications of the implementation of which are posted in the UIS, or invitations to participate in which are sent after January 1, 2020 - within 15 business days) from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of work, provided that the Customer is provided with a full set of documents in accordance with the provisions of this Article and clause 3.7.1. "
Delivery terms:
Scope of work: in accordance with the statement of work (Appendix No. 1 to the documentation) and the statement of scope of work (Appendix No. 1.1. to the statement of work) and estimated calculation (Appendix No. 2 to the contract), as well as in accordance with the project "Dismantling of HVO 1.2 of the CHPP-1 stage "No. 88-0718, developed by VKO Stroy LLC. The project is attached to the documentation.
Deadline: from the date of conclusion of the Agreement to November 30, 2020
