This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
The procurement procedures of VEROPHARM JSC are not regulated by the provisions of the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-ФЗ "On Procurement of Goods, Works, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities", as well as by the provisions of the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 as of April 5, 2013.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
