The scope of work according to the attached TOR, the list of works and the general one-line diagram of the plant.

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the customer.
