All Bidders of the request for proposals must complete the attached "Counterparty Questionnaire" and submit certified copies of documents in accordance with the "List of Documents".
The request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process (tender, auction) in accordance with Articles 447-449 or a public tender in accordance with Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose obligations on the Organizer and/or the Customer established by these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Bidders' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
The validity period of the Commercial Proposal must be at least 25 calendar days after the bid deadline.: The warranty period of operation must be at least the period specified in the Requirements Specification
