Auto-extension

Payment terms:
The customer, no later than 5 (Five) business days from the date of signing the contract, pays an advance in the amount of 30% of the work price. The customer pays for the work under the contract by transferring funds to the contractor's current account. The Customer is considered to have fulfilled its payment obligations from the moment the funds are debited from the Customer's current account. The customer pays for the work performed by the contractor in accordance with the contract and the terms of reference by transferring funds to the contractor's current account no later than 20 (Twenty) business days from the date of acceptance of the work by the Customer.

• The Bidder may additionally provide documents testifying to the qualifications, experience, business, financial, technical, personnel capabilities of the Bidder, positive business reputation.
